Delete/overwrite blueprints

What problem are you experiencing?

I can't overwrite a blueprint. When I try, it doesn't save the edits I made. I also can't find the option to delete blueprints.

When does this problem occur?

While creating/editing subgraphs.

I must create a brand new blueprint with a different name so it saves the changes I want.

Both delete and overwrite functionality for blueprints have been implemented in the frontend:

• Delete: There's a delete option available on blueprint entries in the node tree [1], with a confirmation dialog before deletion [2]. Note that global/installed blueprints are protected and cannot be deleted — only user-created blueprints can be [3].

• Overwrite on save: The system has an overwrite confirmation flow controlled by the Comfy.Workflow.WarnBlueprintOverwrite setting [4]. When saving a blueprint that already exists, you should see a confirmation dialog asking whether to overwrite.

If edits aren't persisting when you save, this may be related to known serialization bugs where widget values (floats, edit boxes, seeds) can get lost or corrupted during save/load cycles [5] [6]. A cache corruption issue was also recently fixed in PR #9897 — make sure you're on the latest version.

Could you confirm what version of ComfyUI_frontend you're running? That would help narrow down whether the issues you're hitting have already been addressed.
