Provide the MarkdownText view as a separate package #165
Description
This will reduce compilation times for the case that a site only requires the core Slipstream functionality.
There should likely still be a main "Slipstream" package that is the standard all-in-one solution, but it should be possible to just depend on SlipstreamBasics or something to that effect.
