Chimera Lab Infrastructure: Discord Structure & Contributor Coordination
As Project Chimera continues to grow, we now have contributors working across different parts of the ecosystem (CSL-Core, Runtime, and Research).
To improve collaboration and make it easier for contributors to coordinate work, we will introduce a structured Discord organization for the Chimera Lab.
The goal is to gradually evolve Chimera from a solo project into a collaborative research and engineering lab.
This issue tracks the initial design of the Chimera Discord structure.
Objectives
• Create clear communication channels for development and research
• Help contributors find tasks more easily
• Provide a place to discuss research ideas and experiments
• Coordinate work across CSL-Core, Runtime, and Research
Proposed Discord Structure
LAB
Channels focused on vision, announcements, and onboarding.
