With the release of CSL Core, we need to establish the pipeline for converting deterministic CSL policies into arithmetic circuits for Zero-Knowledge proofs.

Investigate integration points between the CSL AST (Abstract Syntax Tree) and potential proving backends (e.g., Risc0 or Halo2) to allow users to generate "Proof of Compliance" for their agent runs.
