Fast Confirmation Rule

• deployed on feat2
• performance issues though. being studied and will improve as possible
• is there any possibility for kurtosis testing? do we want to?
• what is timeline for devenet and do they have testing plans for the devnet?
• teams with impls: us, teku and nimbus is close

Partial Messages & Cell-Level DAS

• need to get libp2pV3 deployed to beta to see metrics and PR is ready for review. Nico and Tuyen and raised hands to help

Execution Proofs

• have interop branch with Lighthouse, Teku and Prysm
• is on branch optional-proofs
• need to check for full compliance but is roughed out and "mostly" working
• @spiral-ladder is interested in pushing the research front

Other Features

BLST

• Reworked pubkey caches and worker setup to to use libuv instead of Workers
• Working on multi-threaded impl
• basic blst-z impl ready for review and metrics look good!!! 🎉

Flat-Files for Data-Columns

• first pass impl is on branch
• metrics look ok, is heavy on disc. need to optimize after first review
• thread in discord "Flat file column storage"
• Matt raised hand to review this week

Zig Roadmap

Napi Bindings

• blst-z deployment to feature branch (see notes above)
  • look at micro-benchmarks for comparison
  • need to review the async code together with bing and cayman
• finalize review for state-transition related bindings (Nazar to step with Bing and Jeff and will help flush this out)
  • state transition bindings PR needs touch ups but wont happen until after blst-z
  • metrics bindings needs touch ups but wont happen until after blst-z

State Transition

• state-transition PR's in lodestar
  • BeaconStateView has some merge conflicts but will get fixed up this or next week but ePBS takes precedence
  • need to come back after ePBS
  • some performance regressions but can revisit after devnet-0

• IO experimentation

Devops/Infrastructure

• Vault is no longer needed for deploying to dev servers
• Working on getting bots access to the hosts
• Small PR's have been implemented and approved, but several big ones remain
• PR for beacon and validator users will be refactored by @chiemerieezechukwu into smaller PR's for review ease and merged asap. Is dependency for allowing further access
• external_contributor PR is up and has been looked at but requires broader consensus from the Infrastructure team. Will set up a meeting this week with several parties to get this shaken loose
• Project Butter is up for discussion and we are going to push it forward
