double network calls to GET experiment by id on duplicate submit #2819
Description
On click of submit to duplicate, everything in UI is successful but there are two calls happening in the network tab to GET experiment by id in immediate succession, the first one is getting cancelled.
This is likely a navigation-related thing having to do with already being on a details page, as that is what usually triggers this call.
