Nausea effect shows culled frustum edges

Bug Description

With the nausea effect at full int3ensity, the chunks at the frustum edge do not load. those chunks are usually out of view, but the nausea distortion pulls them into view

using sodium 0.8.7 on fabric, tested on both 1.21.11 and 26.1, happens in both versions

here a video, issue is visible at the left/right screen edge

Reproduction Steps

• apply nausea effect
• wait for full intensity
• see that the chunks on the screen edge are missing
