Output files change values (non negligibly) with changes in environments #256
Description
This may be obvious to others, but I didn't realize how much files change based on what kind of environment you have. I have the exact same version of xarray/esmf/xesmf in a couple environments, but get changes up to a 1/2 degree in temp in some of the OBC files. I thought I'd raise this issue as a warning to people using the package!
