Devise a tag/label system and index

Often there are useful bits of code within recipes focused on showing something different. e.g. How to use the GibbSeaWater package, how to save intermediate output files etc.

We would love to have a system of add tags / labels to Recipes so people can find these specific useful pieces of code that aren't obvious just from the recipe name.

Ideas on how we could do this?

I want to point out that there is already a way to search through everything.

For example, if I search "regrid" I get:

and that gives me a very good indication where to start looking!

We can definitely improve that and somehow be able to automatically generate an index page; that'll be sweet. But I wanted to point out that there is already something that people perhaps are not aware of?

Some people who are reluctant in using the docs website to browse the recipes are missing out on some of these features.
