Skipped files as unreported errors

We can get the list of skipped files from https://cmsweb.cern.ch/wmstatsserver/data/request/pdmvserv_task_EGM-RunIISpring18GS-00016__v1_T_180302_012947_5625
those are out unreported errors.
Likewise, there must be a way to get that info from https://cmsweb.cern.ch/couchdb/acdcserver/_design/ACDC/_view/byCollectionName?key=%22pdmvserv_task_EGM-RunIISpring18GS-00016__v1_T_180302_012947_5625%22&include_docs=true&reduce=false

When I search for .root, I get nothing. Do you know what key the skipped files are supposed to be under?
