Error when running DLMUSE

I was running DLMUSE to process some data but met an error and need some help.
My log file is here: /cbica/projects/NIAGADS/WASHU/Pipelines/WASHU_DLMUSE_2025/logs/9200564-run_DLMUSE.sh.log
Slurm job id: 9200564
My submit script is: /cbica/projects/NIAGADS/WASHU/Pipelines/WASHU_DLMUSE_2025/Scripts/submit_run.sh
The first error appeared in log file line 703: "IndexError: list index out of range"
Not sure why it happened and how to solve it.
