Agents ignore timezones in chat preview

Describe the bug
When working with an agent that has a specific task to record a DateTime, the time recorded respects my timezone (currently BST or UTC+1) but the response from the agent does not, and shows the time in GMT/UTC

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:
(From a timezone different to UTC)

1. Create a table with some date-time columns
2. Create an agent with permissions to write to the table
3. Give the agent specific instructions to write the current time into a specific column in the table and response accordingly
4. In the chat, tell the agent to write the current time in the table
5. Time written in the table is correct according to timezone, but the response from the agent will have the timezone in UTC

Expected behaviour
DateTimes recorded in the table should be what's reflected in the agent chat, even if the chat should also include the specific timezone.
