Add Forge/NeoForge to ChunkyBorder listing (#152)

Noticed these were missing - the ChunkyBorder addon has releases for both Forge and NeoForge for quite a while, but I forgot to update it here. Downloads for both are on Modrinth, as well as a separate page on CurseForge but I don't know if it's worth linking that here (or if it's even possible to link duplicate CurseForge links).
