[Bug] Tests are failing on main. They don't event run on CI/CD #240

Describe the bug
Lot of tests are failing locally. On CI/CD they are not even run. Check workflow file.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Clone the repo
- Run the tests
Expected behavior
I expected from, I assume, most popular blazor library based on Fluent validation that all tests pass. Also, CI/CD pipeline should have tests.
Hosting Model (is this issue happening with a certain hosting model?):
- Blazor Server
