Feature Request: Desaturate nameplate ability icon when on cooldown

When an ability is used and goes on cooldown, I would like to be able to have the icon greyed out, so that the abilities that are not on cooldown stand out more.
Currently you can desaturate the icons, but that makes them always be greyed out, both on cooldown and not on cooldown.
