A project saving on Windows is too slow

It takes around a minute if i do nothing. But if i hide then show the editor window or switch to another virtual desktop, the project is saved immediately. I saved the same project on Linux: it happens immediately.

@Ezardy I lived the EXACT same experience. In v5.2.4 that I released this weekend, I opted for a fullscreen modal that blocks the engine so Javascript is fully focused on saving the project. I'm like you, I have this problem only on Windows where file system access is so slooooooooow when using Node.js :(

I let you tell me if the solution I provided with the fullscreen modal is ok for you? Else, if you have any idea I take it.
