Run WarpX simulations in containers

In the future, the WarpX simulations will be run in containers.

Some notes from when I set up the environment for sf558 (not in a container):

• I installed the environment according to the documentation
• In addition, I had to install pymongo
• For staging_injector, I had to install openPMD-viewer (specifically this branch: [WIP] Get laser spectral intensity openPMD/openPMD-viewer#441) as well as imageio[ffmpeg] and this https://github.com/RemiLehe/transparent_imshow

• coping working WarpX docker script to SYNAPSE experiment repos:
  • synapse-bella-staging-injector: registry.nersc.gov/m558/superfacility/synapse-bella-staging-injector-simulation:latest
  • synapse-bella-acave
  • synapse-bella-ip2 (after we have MPI)
  • synapse-bella-qed-ip2 (after we have MPI)
• use docker container
• Update to use MPI once NERSC INC0245154 is fixed
