Enabling PGVector on existing Azure Postgres Flexible Server

We are trying to enable PGVector on existing azure postgres flexible server without going to azure and add vector to allowlist manually and run create extension vector...is it possible?

Are you already using Bicep for your infrastructure? If not, are you looking for an Azure CLI mechanism or Powershell or something else?

No. We are not using Bicep. We are setting up config file for azure postgres flexible server and keeping it in GitHub repo.
After, we are using Jenkins Pipeline that reads through config file and deploy azure postgres on azure as Paas

Is it possible in the same way to create config file to enable PGVector on existing azure postgres through Jenkins pipeline?

Does that Jenkins pipeline use the Azure CLI or Powershell or a REST API call? I want to make sure I get the right advice for you.
