[Powershell] Change SignalRGB Effect with Light/Dark Mode

This script will automatically set the effect for your computer's lighting using SignalRGB when changing from light to dark mode or vice versa.

Just get the effect name and URL encode it, then replace the effects from my script.

For example, Pastel Dream becomes Pastel%20Dream.
