year of the tadpole?

I noticed that we have had several interesting tadpole-focused news boxes this year alone! This should be noted in the next edition of SotA (so parking this here so I dont forget)

• Nori et al. (2025) -- metaanalysis on lack of tadpole description and knowledge
• Carrillo et al. (2025) and 2021 - tadpole schooling

• Chuliver et al. (2024) discovered a fossilized tadpole from the Middle Jurassic of Patagonia, representing the earliest known tadpole.
