[Feature] - Add /delete plot command to Terra server

Currently, the /delete plot command is only available on the plot server. It would be much more convenient if this command could also be used from the Terra server. This allows reviewers to manage the plots without switching servers and makes the workflow smoother.

Other commands like /Plots and /p tp would be great too
