Improve installer for practical purposes.

Expected - option for setting default install location to a different drive.
What happened - Atom-ng installed itself without prompting or asking.
Result - Uninstalled. And expectations reevaluated.

Alternate result from some other world line - I would have contributed to the codebase for self-serving reasons.

Note for other Windows testers using the exe -

Tried it again there is no option for terminal dwellers either. Also, closing the installer must trigger a cleanup of installed files to compensate but currently that has to be manual. Didn't account for the installer touching more than one folder on the OS drive.
