Implement selection logic of multiple DNS servers like in AdGuard Home

AdGuard for Android only allows choosing one DNS server.

Proposed solution

Good day! It'd be great to select multiple DNS servers and set a timeout to try another one, and set how to prioritize each DNS server, like we can do in AdGuard Home, instead of just being able to select one option in AdGuard for Android. :)
