Document Python API #120
Description
Burst2Safe currently only documents CLI usage in the README and does not provide documentation of its Python API. It would be good to either set up a docs site for burst2safe that auto-documents the Python API or add it to hyp3-docs like asf_tools and the hyp3_sdk.
