Complete ARM metadata/download URLs

Hi, I'm interesting in acquiring metadata for all datasets available on http://www.archive.arm.gov/discovery/, including

• HTTP URL to CDF (or other) file
• DOI and/or other UID
• Any other machine readable metadata for the datastream

I was able to find partial metadata tables such as http://www.archive.arm.gov/docs/catalog/cdfSGPTable.html, but am unsure if the files themselves are publicly available over HTTP or FTP
