Braille input table overview doesn't open

Steps to reproduce

1. Open NVDA menu.
2. Navigate to Braille Extender submenu
3. Activate Braille input table overview menu item.

Actual behavior

Nothing happens. Focus returns to the previously opened window.
There is an error in the log that braille table could not be found, see the attached log below.

Expected behavior

A window with table representation opens.
