Describe the bug
Task detail page become unavailable after visiting the "add task" page

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the webui
2. Click on the plus sign on the bottom right corner.
3. Click on any option (url, torrent, magnet link)
4. Input any valid link and continue
5. Wait to see the "Add torrent" screen which asks for the presets, download directory, etc...
6. You can either close this screen by clicking out of the area, or just add the task.
7. After going back to the main screen, click on any torrent job.
8. The job detail page became blank. Bug reproduced.

Platform:
