I'd like to have Transmissionic as a standalone webapp instead of being a UI layer for transmission

I'd like to have a docker (OCI) container pushed to ghcr, and have most of the settings as environment values for ease of use.

I'd like to use Transmissionic in my homelab to see multiple transmission instances.
