USD Balances: should we use the `(-)`

Currently we have the usd balance between ( ) and given that on the finance app and the court dashboard we are not using like this, should we think about removing it?

I would for sure remove it... often using "( )" denotes negative USD in accounting software (Though it will also usually be in red text)

We should also not show USD balances if we don't have a way to convert them, rather than show (-) or -.
