Build out the filters UI for fills page #769
Description
A filters UI should be built which allows for filtering by the following:
- time period / date range
- status
- relayer
- token
- protocolVersion (1, 2, 3)
- value (from/to)
Inspiration for the UI should be taken from the tokens page.
Selected filters should be added to the querystring to be handled by the filtering functionality being introduced by #767.
