Establish link between users and bank transactions

Ideas for implementation:

• allow manual assignment. If manual assignment is done once, we can save the link between bankaccount and user, and make the link automatically from then on
  • allow for several bankaccounts per user
  • should we provide for an editing pane for bankaccounts in the user info as well?
• heuristic assignment: try to establish the user by equality in the user name. Even if we're conservative, we might be able to establish 50% or so of the links automatically. Still to be used in combination with the above implementation though
