OP Video Audio Volume does not obey any of the game's volume sliders. #124
Description
Opening Video should have audio set according to Music Volume slider. Currently I think it just plays at max volume, but I haven't checked.
I think this issue has been reported before, but I didn't see an open issue for it.

Is there any way to adjust the video volume? One thing I've consistently experienced in different releases is that the videos always blow my ears off. If there's currently no feature for this, I could open an issue about it if I knew the most appropriate repository.
uh...there's an issue where the video volume isn't tied to the BGM volume or isn't tied to the main game volume (can't remember the details), so if you set all the volume sliders in-game low, you'll have the OP video volume loud
there's already this issue, but even though I raised it myself, I'm not sure if it's thes same thing or a different issue...: #119

In either case, please take a screenshot of your options screen showing your volume settings and tell me which chapter you had the issue on (I think 1-8 have the same video system, then 9 (rei) has a different system, and 10 (hou+) might have another different system)
Here are my volume settings for Watanagashi. The video volume is still unreasonably high.
